- The party begins at the reception. No alcohol, illegal drugs, or tobacco products are allowed in the church building or on church property.
- If an aisle runner is to be used, it needs to be at the church no later than the evening of the rehearsal. This allows time for the coordinators to secure it firmly.
- Child care is not provided by the wedding coordinators.
- Rice, confetti, birdseed, flower petals, or similar objects are not to be used in or around the church premises.
- Activity that endangers life or property, or that is illegal or inappropriate to the church setting, may result in immediate cancellation of the wedding.
- All cellphones and electrical devices need to be turned off prior to the rehearsal and ceremony. We recommend they be left in the dressing rooms during the ceremony.
The designated arrival time for all members of the wedding party on the wedding day will be confirmed with you during planning.
